Have your ever felt like you’re losing it?
You start questioning your self worth and mental health because of toxic situations and relationships.
Do you feel like your back is up against the wall? No one to talk to. You want to talk, but you don’t because you feel like you can’t.
Friends and family say you can talk to them, but you still don’t. Instead you isolate yourself and withdraw from society.
There are too many feelings of anger, sadness, regret, and shame inside. The anxiety keeps building, and BUILDING.You don’t feel like you’re good enough. Suicidal thoughts crosses your mind a lot. You believe no one will understand what you are going through or fear you’ll be judged for sharing your feelings.
You don’t do well in atmospheres of uncertainty, and it goes deeper. What about the future? You ask yourself, “who’s going to love me or want to be with me like this?” Struggling with bouts of depression, vulnerable, and a flawed human. Or “How can I be a good parent one day and give my children the love they deserve when that same love was lacking in mine because of a broken relationship with my parents?” Meanwhile, you feel pressured to keep a fake smile on your face like a damn fool. You don’t feel okay, but you tell everyone you’re okay.
Living by yourself? The bills keep coming and you have obligations that are in your name, your unapologetic boss is a fucking ass and your job is about to be stripped away from you. Thoughts of losing your home and becoming homeless creeps into your mind, but you still muster enough courage to believe “Jesus sees me.”
